(279) Total Phalloplasty with Latissimus Dorsi Myocutaneous Flap. Our Italian Experience

Abstract Introduction Total phalloplasty (TP) is used for the creation of a penis in female to male sex reassignment surgery (FTM SRS). Objective We focused our work on free flap transfer technique using latissimus dorsi myocutaneous (MLDF) order create neophallus that allows safe performance urethroplasty and two cylinders prosthesis implantation. Methods Five patient underwent surgery. A necessary precondition this was normal body mass index.
